Meet Locky, a resident of Mukubesa, a village in the Simonga community and an important part of our extended Twaabane Family. He is one of our lead piece workers who has taught many women from our Bulimi Garden Project some basic building skills like garden bed raising, plastering and shade reinforcement.
When asked what he was thankful for Mr.Locky said βthe ability to teach women how to use trowels and shovels so that in future they are able to build their own houses, independently.β
